Right — been using this thing for maybe four months now and I keep coming back, so figured I’d write something up since a lad on another thread asked me last week. Am in the UK, generally stick to footie and the horses, nothing mad, for context.
What got me on it was actually pretty stupid — I never could figure out what an e/w payout actually came to with 1/5 odds a place. Basically I’d guess and moan when the payout landed. Now punch the numbers in first, every time, even a straight one-selection punt.
The single bet calculator is the one I use most — type in stake and odds and it shows the return with no faffing, either odds format. Same tool covers the fiddly ones — doubles and trebles maths, a lucky 15, a yankee, and that’s where most people I know lose track. One thing that genuinely shifted things for me is the geekier bits. There’s an probability thing that shows the overround, plus a kelly tool — I use half kelly because full kelly is terrifying. The dutch tool is decent when I’m spreading across selections.
Couple of gripes. The interface looks pretty plain — zero flash, it’s clearly function over form. Phone-wise it’s fine but the lucky 63 breakdown are a squeeze. And no proper app, just the site — slight shame just flagging it.
So yeah. Costs nowt, barely any ads, does what it says. If anyone even now does the maths on paper, give it a go — saved me plenty of “wait, that’s it?” moments.
