OK — have been messing about with this thing for maybe a few months now and I keep coming back, so thought I’d write something up since a mate asked me a few days back. Am based in the UK, mainly do football and horses, small stakes, so take it how you like.

How I found it was honestly pretty stupid — I couldn’t ever figure out what an e/w payout actually came to with 1/5 odds a place. I’d just eyeball it and then be surprised. Now I type the odds in first, every time, even the boring singles.

The single bet calculator is the part I use most — type in stake and odds and it spits out profit and total return instantly, fractions or decimals. Same tool covers the multiples — doubles and trebles returns, a lucky 15, patents and yankees, which is where most people I know lose track. If you fancy a poke about, it lives at super heinz bet and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.

The thing that genuinely changed how I bet was the geekier extras. The odds-to-probability thing and it makes obvious how much the bookie’s taking, and there’s the kelly calculator — I stick to fractional kelly since full stakes are a quick route to a dead bankroll. The dutching one gets used a fair bit if I’m spreading across selections.

Couple of gripes. The interface feels pretty plain — no polish, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. On my phone it’s usable but the lucky 63 breakdown are a squeeze. Also there’s no app, it’s a website and that’s it — fine by me just flagging it.

So yeah. Free, not plastered in adverts, works. If you still adds it up in their head, give it a go — it’s saved me a fair few arguments with the bookie.
