Right — have been messing about with this thing for maybe six months now and I keep coming back, so thought I’d write something up since a lad on another thread asked me the other day. I’m based in the UK, mostly bet football and racing, small stakes, so take it how you like.

The reason I started using it was actually embarrassing — I could never work out what an e/w payout actually came to when the place terms changed. Basically I’d wing it and then be surprised. These days I punch the numbers in before every slip, even the boring singles.

Their single bet calculator is the one I use most — you put in your stake, the odds and you get returns straight away, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. There’s also the bigger stuff — trebles returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, patents and yankees, honestly that’s where I’d always got it wrong. If you want a look, it’s here free bet calculator single — free, no signup.

The thing that really changed how I bet is the nerdier bits. There’s an probability converter and it makes obvious how much the bookie’s taking, and a kelly tool — I stick to fractional kelly as the full version is a quick route to a dead bankroll. The dutching one is handy too when I’m covering two or three runners.

Couple of gripes. Its layout looks pretty plain — zero frills, it’s clearly function over form. On my phone it’s fine though the bigger tables are a squeeze. There’s no proper app, it’s browser only — slight shame just flagging it.

So yeah. Costs nowt, barely any ads, does the job. If anyone still adds it up in their head, have a look — it’s saved me a load of dumb bets I’d have regretted.

Right — been using this thing for maybe five months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, so figured I’d say something since a lad on another thread asked me last week. Am in the UK, mainly stick to footie and the horses, nothing mad, for context.

What got me on it was actually embarrassing — I never could work out what an each way return actually came to when the place terms changed. Basically I’d eyeball it and moan when the payout landed. Now stick my stake in before every slip, even a simple single bet.

Their single bet calculator is the bit I open most — type in the price and your stake and it shows profit and total return straight away, either odds format. It also handles the bigger stuff — acca and treble returns, lucky 15s, yankees, honestly that’s where I’d always mess it up. If you fancy a poke about, it’s over at american odds converter and it’s free with no account nonsense.

What genuinely changed how I bet is the more serious tools. The probability thing that shows the overround, and there’s the kelly staking tool — I use half kelly as the full version is terrifying. The dutching one gets used a fair bit if I’m covering two or three runners.

Couple of gripes. The interface is a bit basic — not much flash, it’s clearly function over form. Phone-wise it’s usable but the lucky 63 breakdown make you pinch and zoom. Also there’s no app, it’s a website and that’s it — fine by me but you asked.

So yeah. Costs nowt, barely any ads, works. If you still adds it up in their head, try it — saved me plenty of dumb bets I’d have regretted.
