single_njsi single_njsiParticipant::So — been on this thing for something like a few months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, so thought I’d say something since someone asked me a few days back. I’m UK based, mainly do football and horses, nothing mad, so take it how you like.
How I found it was honestly embarrassing — I could never work out what an e/w payout would be once you get five places instead of three. Basically I’d eyeball it and then be surprised. These days I stick my stake in first, every time, even a simple single bet.
Their single bet calculator tool is the bit I use most — you drop in your stake, the odds and it spits out returns instantly, fractions or decimals. Same tool covers the bigger stuff — doubles and trebles returns, a lucky 15, yankees, which is where I always got it wrong. If you fancy a poke about, it’s over at treble bet calculator and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.
The thing that really made a difference were the more serious extras. They’ve got an probability thing which shows you what margin’s baked in, plus a kelly staking tool — I run quarter kelly because full kelly is a quick route to a dead bankroll. The dutch tool is decent if I’m spreading across selections.
Not all sunshine though. The design looks pretty plain — not much flash, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. Phone-wise it works although the acca grid need a bit of scrolling. And nothing on the app store, it’s a website and that’s it — fine by me just flagging it.
So yeah. Costs nowt, barely any ads, does the job. If you still does the maths on paper, try it — saved me a fair few dumb bets I’d have regretted.
