So — been using this thing for something like four months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, so thought I’d write something up since someone asked me a few days back. I’m in the UK, generally do football and horses, small stakes, so take it how you like.

What got me on it was honestly embarrassing — I never could figure out what an each way return actually came to with 1/5 odds a place. Basically I’d eyeball it and moan when the payout landed. These days I punch the numbers in before every slip, even the boring singles.

The single bet calculator tool is the part I open most — you put in your stake, the odds and it spits out returns with no faffing, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. There’s also the multiples — doubles and trebles returns, a lucky 15, a yankee, which is where I’d always mess it up. If you want a look, it’s here single bet return calculator and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.

One thing that genuinely made a difference was the more serious bits. They’ve got an odds-to-probability converter which shows you how much the bookie’s taking, and there’s the kelly staking tool — I run quarter kelly because full kelly is a quick route to a dead bankroll. Dutching calculator is decent when I’m splitting a race.

Not all sunshine though. The layout looks very functional, let’s say — not much frills, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. On mobile it works but the lucky 63 breakdown are a squeeze. There’s no app, just the site — slight shame but worth saying.

Right, that’s me. Costs nowt, not plastered in adverts, does the job. Anyone who honestly adds it up in their head, have a look — it’s saved me a load of “wait, that’s it?” moments.
