OK — been on this thing for maybe a few months now and I keep coming back, so figured I’d chuck my thoughts in since a lad on another thread asked me the other day. Am UK based, generally do football and horses, small stakes, for context.

The reason I started using it was genuinely a bit daft — I couldn’t ever figure out what an each way payout would be with 1/5 odds a place. I used to just eyeball it and get a shock. Now I stick my stake in before every slip, even a straight one-selection punt.

The single bet calculator is the one I’m on daily — you drop in stake and odds and it shows profit and total return straight away, either odds format. Same tool covers the multiples — acca and treble maths, a lucky 15, patents and yankees, honestly that’s where most people I know got it wrong. Have a go yourself, it lives at implied odds calculator and it’s free with no account nonsense.

One thing that actually shifted things for me is the more serious extras. They’ve got an probability thing and it makes obvious what margin’s baked in, plus a kelly criterion tool — I run quarter kelly since full stakes are terrifying. The dutch tool is handy too for when I’m splitting a race.

Couple of gripes. The interface is pretty plain — not much frills, it’s clearly function over form. On my phone it’s fine though the bigger tables need a bit of scrolling. There’s no proper app, just the site — doesn’t bother me but you asked.

Anyway. Doesn’t cost anything, barely any ads, does what it says. Anyone who even now works out returns on a calculator app, try it — saves me a fair few dumb bets I’d have regretted.
