OK — have been messing about with this thing for about four months now and it’s stuck on my phone, so figured I’d write something up since a lad on another thread asked me the other day. I’m in the UK, generally do football and horses, nothing mad, just so you know where I’m coming from.
How I found it was genuinely pretty stupid — I could never work out what an each way return actually was when the place terms changed. I’d just guess and moan when the payout landed. These days I type the odds in before I place anything, even the boring singles.
The single bet calculator is the part I’m on daily — type in the price and your stake and it shows returns with no faffing, fractions or decimals. There’s also the fiddly ones — doubles and trebles returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, patents and yankees, which is where most people I know got it wrong. One thing that genuinely made a difference were the nerdier extras. They’ve got an implied probability thing which shows you what margin’s baked in, and there’s the kelly staking tool — I use half kelly since full stakes are a quick route to a dead bankroll. Dutching calculator is decent for when I’m covering two or three runners.
Couple of gripes. The interface looks pretty plain — no polish, it’s clearly function over form. On my phone it’s fine although the bigger tables need a bit of scrolling. There’s nothing on the app store, it’s a website and that’s it — doesn’t bother me but worth saying.
So yeah. Costs nowt, not plastered in adverts, does what it says. Anyone who still adds it up in their head, try it — it’s saved me plenty of “wait, that’s it?” moments.

Not all sunshine though. The layout looks a bit basic — not much polish, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. On mobile it works although the lucky 63 breakdown are a squeeze. Also there’s no app, it’s a website and that’s it — slight shame but you asked.
So yeah. Free, barely any ads, does the job. If anyone still does the maths on paper, give it a go — it’s saved me a fair few dumb bets I’d have regretted.
