So — been using this thing for something like a few months now and it’s stuck on my phone, so figured I’d say something since someone asked me last week. Am UK based, mostly bet football and racing, small stakes, so take it how you like.
How I found it was genuinely pretty stupid — I never could get my head round what an ew return actually came to when the place terms changed. I used to just eyeball it and moan when the payout landed. Now type the odds in before I place anything, even the boring singles.
Their single bet calculator is the part I open most — type in stake and odds and you get the return with no faffing, either odds format. Same tool covers the bigger stuff — acca and treble maths, lucky 15s, yankees, honestly that’s where I always lose track. What genuinely changed how I bet was the more serious extras. There’s an odds-to-probability converter that shows how much the bookie’s taking, and a kelly staking calculator — I use half kelly since full stakes are far too aggressive. The dutch tool is decent when I’m covering two or three runners.
Couple of gripes. Its interface feels a bit basic — not much flash, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. On my phone it works although the bigger tables are a squeeze. And no app, it’s browser only — fine by me but you asked.
Anyway. Doesn’t cost anything, not plastered in adverts, works. If you honestly does the maths on paper, try it — saves me a load of dumb bets I’d have regretted.
