Serving the Underserved and Rural Districts
The School Collective look to help out your district in as many different ways as possible. Our biggest goal is to ensure that underserved and rural districts are given the same opportunity to help their students as other districts. We have worked closely with educational region centers to determine what the needs are in an area and we help meet those needs.
What can we do for your district
Our team of school-based practitioners develops practical strategies and solutions for your identified needs and problems, facilitating efficient, positive, and realistic change.
What can we do for the practitioner
We will support your school-based practitioners and foster them into a community of experienced and skilled professionals. We are dedicated to empowering educators through clinical supervision to help your school district increase capacity. We also provide individual case consultation and group grand rounds for difficult and complex evaluations and educational planning of treatments and interventions.

School Psychologists
Due to a national shortage of School Psychologists, we understand that attracting interns to your district may be difficult due to a limited number of supervisors available to work with them. The School Collective will work with your district in helping you pair up interns with one of our highly qualified supervisors that will provide that supervision virtually.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is able to provide supervision to those seeking BCBA or BCaBA certification, once they have completed required graduate level coursework. The required amount of supervision hours depends on the type of fieldwork those seeking supervision are currently enrolled in: concentrated supervised fieldwork or supervised fieldwork. If interested, please contact us as soon as possible!
