single_bnPn single_bnPnParticipant::OK — been on this thing for something like four months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, reckon I’d write something up since someone asked me a few days back. Am based in the UK, mainly stick to footie and the horses, small stakes, just so you know where I’m coming from.
How I found it was honestly embarrassing — I never could figure out what an ew return actually came to once you get five places instead of three. Basically I’d eyeball it and get a shock. These days I punch the numbers in first, every time, even a simple single bet.
The single bet calculator tool is the one I’m on daily — you drop in the price and your stake and it spits out profit and total return instantly, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. Same tool covers the fiddly ones — acca and treble maths, lucky 15 and lucky 63, yankees, which is where I’d always got it wrong. If you want a look, it’s over at free trixie bet calculator and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.
The thing that actually changed how I bet was the geekier extras. They’ve got an probability calculator that shows how much the bookie’s taking, plus a kelly tool — I run quarter kelly as the full version is far too aggressive. Dutching calculator is decent when I’m covering two or three runners.
Not all sunshine though. The design is very functional, let’s say — zero frills, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. Phone-wise it’s fine although the lucky 63 breakdown are a squeeze. Also there’s no app, it’s a website and that’s it — doesn’t bother me but you asked.
Anyway. Free, not plastered in adverts, does the job. If anyone even now adds it up in their head, try it — it’s saved me a fair few dumb bets I’d have regretted.

single_bnPn single_bnPnParticipant::Right — been on this thing for maybe a few months now and I keep coming back, so figured I’d say something since a lad on another thread asked me the other day. I’m based in the UK, mostly do football and horses, a fiver here and there, for context.
How I found it was actually a bit daft — I never could work out what an e/w return actually came to with 1/5 odds a place. Basically I’d guess and moan when the payout landed. Now I stick my stake in before every slip, even a simple single bet.
The single bet calculator is the one I’m on daily — you drop in the price and your stake and it spits out the return straight away, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. There’s also the fiddly ones — acca and treble returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, yankees, and that’s where I’d always lose track. If you want a look, it’s over at kelly calculator and it’s free with no account nonsense.
One thing that really shifted things for me were the geekier bits. There’s an probability calculator and it makes obvious the overround, and a kelly calculator — I stick to fractional kelly since full stakes are terrifying. Dutching calculator is decent when I’m spreading across selections.
Not all sunshine though. Its layout feels a bit basic — no polish, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. On my phone it’s fine although the bigger tables make you pinch and zoom. There’s nothing on the app store, just the site — doesn’t bother me just flagging it.
So yeah. Free, not plastered in adverts, works. If anyone even now does the maths on paper, try it — it’s saved me a fair few “wait, that’s it?” moments.
